Nina Henderson-Myers is the CEO of Henderson-Myers Home Services LLC which  is dedicated to helping build legacies through knowledge, diligence, integrity, and professionalism. Nina is a native of Detroit, MI and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Business. She is the Broker/Owner of HMHS LLC. and a licensed independent wholesale Mortgage Loan Originator. She was also certified as a residential real estate appraiser and has vast education and experience in the previously listed areas dating back 20+ years. Nina has taken her desire to help individuals make the financial difference in their families for generations to come her mission. For these efforts she has been coined "Thee Legacy Lady".

Nina is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Detroit Realtist Association, and Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Her Realtor designations, certifications, and accreditation's include Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and she is also Certified to sell HUD homes.  She has 15 years experience working with automotive companies in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing, and quality and has used that knowledge to run her businesses like well oiled machines. Her experience working with non-profit organizations, corporations, private investors, residential sellers, and buyers has provided her with a unique and diversified approach to negotiating and servicing her clients. Nina has partnered with industry-leading corporations and built a phenomenal team of professionals through tried and true relationships in the financial ecosystem to help her clients accomplish their goals.

One of her true passions is helping individuals build generational wealth through the use of credit, insurance, real estate and mortgage loans. The other is, mentoring youth as she was a foster parent to dozens of at risk and delinquent teenagers for over 7 years.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and contributing her time and resources to several non-profit organizations throughout her community when she's not providing personal and high-level service to her clients.  Her motto is "living your best life starts at home!"
